Andrea Pavanini
Born in Venice in 1952.
Lawyer specialised in administrative law and national and international contracting. In particular he deals with contracts for public works and services, the environment and governing of the territory, services for trade and tourism. He trained under Professor Feliciano Benvenuti and collaborated with him for over 20 years.
He was one of the founders in 1999 of the legal firm, Studio Benvenuti.
In 2013 he promoted the formation of a new professional structure and the integration in a network of specialists in commercial and labour problems, so as to exploit the experiences gained and the integration of professionalism for a specialised and complete service for clients.
He personally follows the problems put forward by clients, assisted by a group of specialised lawyers regarding a single problem.
He has been a professor at the Universities of Udine and Venice since 1986 – Ca’ Foscari and IUAV – teaching courses of institutional public law doctrine (Public Law, Administrative Law, Administrative Procedural Law) and sector-based (Urban planning, Preservation of Cultural Property, Social Services, Tourist Legislation).
He has been called by the University of Ca’ Foscari to teach in the Masters course in Environmental Law and Public Administration Law.
He completes his professional and academic activities participating as lecturer at conferences, teaching refresher courses for professionals, publication of interventions pertinent to the subjects he deals with.
